1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
the location, the clubhouse, and the pool, good furniture, and room size.
2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
the dishwasher makes the dishes dirtier than when you put them in I don't even use it anymore, the water is sometimes brown, the heater is loud, the ...See More window are not sealed very well, you can hear everything from your other roommates, and from your neighbors above and next to you, and the washer and dryer are not that great.
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
work out room, pool and hot tub, computer lab with printer, bus to take you to campus.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
everyone likes to have a good time, sometimes obnoxious, but you can always tell them to quiet down, not that big of a deal
5. What is the rent per month?
$345 4 bedroom w/ furniture 12 mo. lease
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
around $50
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
yes, i like the layout a lot
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
they are helpful most of the time, maintenance can be sloppy and they leave things behind when they fix things, usually a temporary fix.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
yes, right next to campus
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
not that I am aware of

Pool, 24 hour work out facility, club house with TVS and pool tables, computer lab with free printing (besides paper), Cable, Internet and water.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
We get a long with our neighbors really well, I guess it just depends on the people you're around. Generally quiet during the day, on the weekends it can be noisy.
5. What is the rent per month?
$345 for a 12 month, plus Gas and Electric.
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
About $50 a person during the winter for 4 people.
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
Yes, I do.
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
Sometimes, the try to get you with any fee they can though, and the maintenance men always leave their stuff laying around our apartments that they have forgotten about.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
Yes, and Yes. only a mile from campus.
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
I think you'll find them in any apartment complex and organization, their general goal is to make money so they'll try and fee you for anything and everything. We'll see after this year how picky they actually are though.

The walls are paper thin so I always here the dudes above me. I hear Tallgrass parties and they drive me nuts! Also when ppl have a party near your apt. you can hear it bc of the paper thin walls.

Yes, but parking is hard to find sometimes.

No, they seem to be arrogant and they tell you different things depending on who you talk to. They also talk down to you which is annoying. The maintenance guys try but they don't always fix things on the first try.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
Its right by biolife. There is a shuttle to campus.
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
If you plan on subleasing out to someone at all there is a two hundred dollar charge to sign over the lease to someone else.
Lastly, Are there any choice words or last comments you have?
I am not fond of University Meadows whatsoever. They are like an ugly girl that wears lots of makeup. Let me explain, they look nice on the outside, but really they are not all that great at all. They are dirty and I have a new spider on my ceiling at least once a week. The thing is I am a clean and tidy person. I clean but it is still dirty.
