1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
apartments in general? or this specific apartment? because if it's specifically copper.. then it's the space. only.

And of course... what do you like least about living there? the water quality, or lack there of. and the management's lack of customer cooperation, professionalism, and personability. they fucking bloooooowwwww. (and i hope someone in the office finds this and reads it.)
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
What are the specific amenities your complex offers? spacious floorplan, washer/dryer, private bathroom, upper & lower level bedrooms. oh, and like a 4'x4' gym.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
Whats the neighborhood like? Party people or nottt? party people. and like, theeee most annoying neighbors ever.
5. What is the rent per month?
What is the rent per month? too much. (381/mo. + utilities)

How much do you pay utilities per month? some god awful number that changes every month.
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
Do you like the layout of your complex? thats the only good thing about it
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
Management/ leasing office/ maintenance, are they helpful? i wish. unfortunately they obviously don't know what their JOB is.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
Shuttle? or close to campus? they offer a shuttle.. i've never used it.
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
Hidden fees or secrets we need to know about? they're all douchebags. & hold you responsible for things they make up, and lie about giving you a checklist at the beginning of the year. ANDDDD heaven forbid if you do have a problem and call them, they act like they're doing you the biggest favor in the world by sending someone to get their ass here and fix it for you.

1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
I like in Cooper and I love the space, privacy, and free shuttle to campus.
2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
I don't like the electric bill.
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
Free internet (just not wireless), free shuttle to campus, free cable and maintenance.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
Definitely a party place.
5. What is the rent per month?
360+11 for water. So, 371. But we get a lot of the water money back when our lease is up.
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
About 65 per person a month in the winter with 4 people.
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
I love it because we all have big rooms and our own bathrooms. And I like the middle bathroom on the main floor because when we have parties, no one has to go into the bedrooms.
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
The managers can be kind of rude, but I've never had a major problem.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
Free shuttle with the most convenient pick-up spots on campus.
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
If you live in a four person apartment and all of the people drive, you have to pay for the 4th parking space. So an extra $5 gets charged to everyone's rent per month. Also, visitor parking is only in the front but you can always get a guest pass. OH, and make sure your roommates are reliable for rent, because it is a joint lease.
