1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
Nothing but having your own bathrooom
2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
Everything, ppl management, and facilcities
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
Pool, longe, hot tub, work out room, basketball court.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
Party people
5. What is the rent per month?
404 for 3'3
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
45 bucks
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
no
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
they are the worst ones I have ever had to deal with. No one knows what the hell they are suppose to be doing
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
Yeah there is. No Mile and a half. so decent
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
Yeah their leases are invalid, they do not meet the ADA requirement for their facilities. Rude people, treat people like they are children not adults in college. Will over charge for parts if you need something fixed. For their leases, they do not have anyone in their office with a valid housing license, as required by Michigan state law.
Lastly, Are there any choice words or last comments you have?
DO NOT LIVE AT VILLAGE AT BLUEGRASS> ITS HORRIBLE!

The thing i like about living is bluegrass is that the apartments came fully furnished and the whole apartment is very spacious.
2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
the maintenance is awful.
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
free tanning, washer/dryer in every apartment, dishwasher, fully furnished, pool and hot tub, 24 hour gym
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
the bluegrass neighborhood is about half and half-party and not
5. What is the rent per month?
umm... i dont remember?
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
electric-anywhere between 15-25 and gas-anywhere between 15-20
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
the layout is fine. but it can be confusing to find the corrrect buildings if you've never been here before
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
maintenance response time is horrible. with the exception of a few memebers, they arent very knowledgable either. management and the leasing office staff isn't very friendly.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?

secrets? not really. just keep your carpet clean or you'll be paying through the mouth at the end of the year.
