Emilee T., 2 Person Townhouse (Lexington)

1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
I live in Lexington, and i like the fact that there is free parking, and I have never seen security guards there.

2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
The maintanence could be better, and a major style update could be useful.

3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
Free laundry, parking, dishwasher, cable/internet and busing to campus.

4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
It is not too busy, and quite, and has somewhat of a "country" feel, because it is not right in town so to speak.

5. What is the rent per month?
For a two bedroom unit, i pay $350.00 (rip off)

6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
Utilities a month between two people ( if they dont turn it up..lol) is around 20-25 dollars a month

7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
Lexington apaprtments 2 bedroom is a town house. The kitchen and living room is on the main level, and the bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs. Not too bad, but i wish there was a bathroom downstairs as well.

8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
Management is very helpfull, although i havent really needed to talk to them

9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
I guess if your're motivated you could ride your bike to campus, but a free shuttle is offered.

10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
They tell you the rent is going to be less...but that only happens if you pay in bulk, so the rent averages out to be lower.

And, please rate out of ten stars:
due to ugly decorating, and 70's style...i would rate it a 3...but management, and overall great place to live...i would rate it an 8 :) hope that helps!
