1. What do you like most about living at your apartment?
I really like the atmosphere of my complex, there is a lot of open area to do many recreation activities or just lounge.
2. And of course... what do you like least about living there?
The thing I like least about the complex is the SPEED BUMPS, they get really annoying and also hurt cars.
3. What are the specific amenities your complex offers?
Volleyball, Basketball, Gym...all free
In apt....dishwasher, laundry...basic things.
4. Whats the neighborhood like? Party people? Quiet? Obnoxious? Criminals?
People do party a lot here, but it usually is not that bad, it depends on your neighbors I guess. There are a lot of dumpster fires, so watch out...
5. What is the rent per month?
380/month, but I dont know the rate for next year.
6. How much do you pay utilities per month?
Roughly about $30 per month.
7. Do you like the layout of your complex?
Yes, very much so.
8. Management/ leasing office/ maintenance - are they helpful?
They are very helpful but sometimes you do have to call like twice or three times before someone comes out, it just depends on the day. Management is okay, they sometimes screw you on stuff so just be careful.
9. Is there a shuttle? Is it close to campus?
There is a free shuttle that comes every half hour, on the :30 and :00. It is not too far from campus but still a good walk.
10. Are there any hidden fees or secrets we need to know about?
Just be careful on what you hang on the walls, and DO NOT STAIN carpets! They are psycho about it!

i like tallgrass because its soo easy to get to school. And i like having my own bathroom!

I hate the spiders we find by our bay window!
